If you’re just getting started, want a change of pace from your program, or simply love to workout in a fun group environment, try classes like Zumba or Vinyasa Yoga for a great workout at any fitness level.

SWEAT, TONE, AND SCULPT

Leg day can only go so far. Your body has over 600 muscles, and you need to work all of them in a variety of ways to get the arms, abs, and glutes you’re working for.

We offer full-body programs you’ve heard of, like Les Mills BodyPump and Spin, but some that you haven’t, because they’re only offered at City Fitness, like Hard Core and W.O.A.R. (try that one out to learn the acronym).
