Join us for a special Valentine’s Day Barre class (no tutu required). This class is a ballet barre-inspired workout designed to impact the entire body, integrating low-impact exercises, Pilates, and yoga with the use of various props. Sculpt your muscles, improve flexibility, and strengthen your body and your core. The class consists of low weights and high repetitions and sustained holds to push your muscles to their limits.
