Join us for a special Valentine’s Day edition of HIIT the Bike! You’ll train to be someone’s ride or die by building strength & endurance and gaining confidence to be a ride or die kind of person. HIIT the Bike is an interval training cycle class designed to get your heart pumping! In this program, you will use both your aerobic and anaerobic fitness abilities. You will cross the finish line sweaty and energized for the rest of the day.
