Rooftop Yoga BYO Mat

Join us for Rooftop Yoga! Accessible to members that are newer to yoga while also providing learning opportunities for those with more experience, our classes have something for everyone. With an emphasis on proper alignment and breath, you will move through sequences with plenty of options to adjust the class to meet your needs. Please arrive 15 minutes before class.

Out of respect to all CF patrons, a $5.00 no-show fee will be charged to anyone who fails to attend a scheduled event without canceling at least 1 hour in advance.
