Join us for a special Valentine’s Day edition of our Strength & Balance yoga class. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE SINGLE TO ATTEND but if you meet someone and get married, we totally want an invite! Challenge your mind and body in this rigorous and exhilarating class. Expand your yoga practice with longer held poses, inversions, single-leg and arm balances. While designed for those with some experience in yoga, all members are welcome. Participants will be encouraged to advance at their own pace. Instructors will provide clear guidelines, safe progressions, and explain the use of props.
