There are so many ways to get into your heart rate training zone at City Fitness
In addition to our live group fitness programs, we are launching an automated HIIT THE BIKE cycle class. This is open to any membership type.
Jump in to our Shift studios during 9:00am, 12:15pm, & 8:00pm and get ready to ride through a 30-minute high intensity interval training class. Use any heart rate monitor like Apple Watch, Myzone, Fitbit, etc. to track your heart rate data for maximum training performance.
HIIT THE BIKE PROGRAM:
- Zone in on how you train by getting to know your heart rate zones
- Train when it’s convenient for you with off-peak self guided classes
- No experience necessary, these automated classes take the guesswork out of your workout
- You ride to your selected playlist (bring your own music) or not (music is not provided)
- You can ride to our group playlist or choose your own playlist and move to whatever moves you!
- Automated classes are available to everyone
No reservations required but the space maybe used with other riders taking the same class!
