Group Fitness Classes

At City Fitness, we ensure that everyone – from the fitness enthusiast to someone walking into a gym for the first time – has everything they need to achieve results and to have a great time doing it.

Our expertly curated GroupEx (Group Exercise) schedule offers more than 35 unique class programs at more than 150 times each week at our locations citywide, drawing from nationally acclaimed programs and also self-designed by our trainers and staff.

There’s a science to this. No matter how you do it, no matter what your fitness level, exercise releases endorphins, which help to make you happy (e.g., have fun). Thus, fitness = fun.

If you’re just getting started, want a change of pace from your program, or simply love to workout in a fun group environment, try classes like Zumba or Vinyasa Yoga for a great workout at any fitness level.

Leg day can only go so far. Your body has over 600 muscles, and you need to work all of them in a variety of ways to get the arms, abs, and glutes you’re working for.

We offer full-body programs you’ve heard of, like Les Mills BodyPump and Spin, but some that you haven’t because they’re only offered at City Fitness, like Hard Core and W.O.A.R. (try that one out to learn the acronym).

Whether you’re only taking these classes or working these into your overall program, we guarantee results.

When you’re ready to take your workouts to the next level, our training department has designed intense, full-body workouts accessible to all but intended to really push yourself.

Try our TRX Suspension courses to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core strength simultaneously, for a multi-discipline workout, our Fusion program incorporates intense interval training, spinning, and Vinyasa Yoga to hit strength, cardio, and stretching all together.
