What our Members Say
No personal training team is equipped with the background, personality, and ongoing development of CF THRIVE Coaches.
Every Thrive Coach has their individual background and expertise, but Thrive certifies all in addition to their national personal training certifications. Every CF THRIVE Coach can guide you through your fitness journey, regardless of your fitness level and goals.
This is how we systematically get you to where you want to be
2– Reduce risk or chance of risk or injury in sport or in life
3– Improve performance (look and feel your best)
Most clubs programs invert this which could lead to a lack of desirable results
Developed by strength and conditioning coach Mike Boyle, who has trained Olympians and professional athletes around the world, CF THRIVE is a training program for the sport of life, whatever that means for you.
CF THRIVE Functional Training is not about “run faster, lift more.” It’s about activating multiple muscle groups simultaneously, in expertly designed programming that emphasizes movement over image. A true Functional Training program, whether you are training for a sports performance, injury rehabilitation, or to walk up a flight of stairs, your Thrive program will get you there.
LOOK. MOVE. FEEL BETTER.
Thrive guarantees a better you because the results are based on improvement in a healthy way and are defined by your goals.
